With hard times upon us, we at Ahadada books have decided to expand our operations by creating our line of “Emergency Editions” of experimental poetry and prose. These chapbooks and books would be perfect bound and nicely edited, but published mainly by subscription–(subscribers will be listed in the front of the book)–and distributed in the same manner as our other books. They would, however, be closer in feel to City Lights editions of “Howl,” “Gasoline,” etc., in that they would be printed on cheaper paper using soy ink. We would like to expand our line of “Emergency Editions” to include plays, performance work, and other items of interest in these times of general melt-down and emerging Emergency. Submission procedures will be the same as for our other Ahadada productions.
